I Need More Than Sketches!

Bleh so I got a new sketchbook over spring break...I currently have three projects in it. I uploaded two so far: one is a completed sketch, on is a WIP drawing that resides in my scraps until the final product is finished. The third project is actually a Sweet Tooth drawing I'm currently working on...and I think it's looking good so far, but I'm stuck on a bunch of stuff for it. I can't find a good style for his eye or his hair or the flames on his head. Nor can I draw the hand either. Bleh I'd love to get advice for that stuff cause I'd like to show the sketch and hopefully a finished product in the future.
